2. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Once the item is received with all included parts, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, contact us with a photo or short video — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, no return shipping required.
